Terms and Conditions 

By completing the purchase of this online course, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These terms govern your access to and use of the Sound Healer Business Blueprint and all related content and services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. All Sales Are Final 

All purchases are final. Once payment has been submitted and access to the course is granted, no refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes but is not limited to change of mind, financial hardship, dissatisfaction with course content, perceived lack of results, or any other subjective concern.

2. Nature of Digital Content 

This online course provides immediate access to digital materials, including instructional videos, training modules, written documents, templates, and other educational resources. Upon gaining access, the digital content is considered consumed. Digital content cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

3. Access Duration 

You will receive lifetime access to this course, defined as the lifetime of the course as it is maintained by Sound Quest Academy. If the course is discontinued, archived, or replaced, access may be concluded without refund.

4. Coaching and Support 

Your purchase provides access to unlimited question and answer support within the designated support channels offered by Sound Quest Academy. These channels may include private communities, messaging groups, or platforms selected by the Academy. The form, schedule, and availability of coaching support may change at any time at the discretion of Sound Quest Academy. One to one coaching is not guaranteed unless specifically stated elsewhere in a written agreement.

5. Personal Responsibility 

Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, and application of the material. Sound Quest Academy does not guarantee outcomes, financial results, increased bookings, or any specific form of success. By enrolling in the program, you accept full responsibility for your progress and actions.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes 

You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of any kind with your credit card provider or financial institution. Any attempt to do so will constitute a breach of these terms. If a chargeback is initiated, Sound Quest Academy reserves the right to provide evidence of your agreement to these terms to the payment processor.

7. Technical Issues 

Sound Quest Academy is not responsible for temporary service interruptions caused by factors outside of its control, including internet connectivity issues, platform maintenance, software updates, or third party service outages. These issues do not constitute grounds for refunds, extensions, or compensation.

8. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions 

All course content is the intellectual property of Sound Quest Academy. By purchasing the course, you receive a limited, non transferable, non exclusive license for personal educational use only. You are strictly prohibited from sharing login credentials, copying or distributing course materials, publishing course content, teaching the material as your own, or granting access to any other individual. Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your course access without refund and may result in further legal action.

9. Modifications to Course Content and Structure 

Sound Quest Academy reserves the right to update, modify, expand, reduce, or otherwise change any portion of the course at any time. This includes changes to course content, format, duration, delivery style, support channels, or associated resources. These changes do not entitle you to a refund or partial refund.

10. No Guarantees of Availability of Third Party Platforms 

Certain portions of the course may rely on third party platforms or services. The Academy does not control these platforms and cannot guarantee their ongoing availability. Any changes or discontinuation by a third party platform will not result in refunds or compensation.

11. Acknowledgement of Understanding 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read these terms in full, understand them completely, and agree to be bound by them. You further affirm that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily and without reliance on any statements or promises outside of what is stated in this document.
